The Nicholas Tedesco Foundation was born from heartbreak — and built on love.

In March of 2024, the world lost Nicholas Anthony Tedesco far too soon. His mom, Shannon, was left shattered, trying to make sense of a life forever changed. But she wasn’t the only one, there was also his sister Lily and his father Phil. The loss of Nicholas rippled outward — touching friends, family, coworkers, teammates, and even those who had only shared a brief moment with him.

Nicholas had a gift — he could connect with anyone. His warmth, his humor, and his kindness left a mark that time can’t erase. To know him was to feel seen, accepted, and loved. His absence created a silence that can never truly be filled.

Yet from that silence came a purpose. From grief, a mission.

The Nicholas Tedesco Foundation was created to honor his spirit — to bring hope, comfort, and support to others facing unimaginable loss. It’s a commitment to turn pain into purpose, tragedy into action, and loss into love.
